vehicle_identity_for_road_use_payment_from_roadway

This data flow is used within the Provide Open Road Tolling function from roadway processes for use by center processes for calculation of road use charges. It contains the identity of the vehicle from which other data such as ownership, vehicle type, plus data from payment administrators and financial institutions can be obtained.
