work_zone_safety_data_parameters

This data flow provides control commands for connected vehicle roadside equipment. This provides the speed thresholds, geographic extent of work zones for which work zone safety data is to be collected, the time over which the work zones are active, and other configuration comments that define the conditions under which vehicle speed is to be collected (e.g. only when the speed exceeds the limit set by the control command).
