roadside_signal_priority_status_for_commercial

This data flow is sent to the Manage Commercial Vehicle function from the Manage Traffic function and contains a response to the request for priority at a connected traffic signal. This status will indicate receipt of the request and any indications that the timing has been changed based on the request.
