cvo_hazmat_spill_data_for_personnel

This data flow is sent from the Manage Commercial Vehicle function to emergency personnel using their onboard equipment. It contains information from cargo sensors detecting a hazardous spill as well as vehicle location and carrier identification. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
