emergency_notification_relay_to_em_vehicle

This data flow is used to relay an advanced automatic crash notification (AACN) message from one vehicle to an equipped emergency vehicle that passes a disabled vehicle or another relay vehicle. It could act on the emergency directly or relay it back to the center for dispatching and response. This consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
