This data flow is sent to the other emergency centers from the Manage Emergency Services function. It contains information about a vehicle that has been reported as stolen, verified by the stolen vehicle recover provider, and determined to require a response from a public safety agency or another authorized responder. It consists of the following data items, each of which is contained in its own DDE:
