fopid-emergency_request_personal_device_details

This data flow is sent from another personal device to send data about an emergency declared by a traveler. This data flow may be sent more than once per incident to allow a follow-up request or to update the device location. The receiving personal device will relay this onto another personal device or to a center. This data flow contains the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: date+time+personal_emergency_request.
