exit_permission_for_driver
This data flow is distributed to roadside equipment in order to be provided to a commercial vehicle driver and contains permission to exit an intermodal transfer facility. This permission could be in the form of a 'green light' indication to the commercial vehicle or providing a code to the vehicle which will permit entry when the vehicle device is queried at the entrance.
