This data flow is sent from Other ITS roadway equipment in order to provide local device coordination and provides a set of environmental sensor data that is collected at the roadway. The sensor data may come from sensors on-board a maintenance and construction vehicle or from sensors at the roadside. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:

station_id
+ sensor_identity
+ environment_sensor_output
