MRS METR Discovered Rule Management

Overview

'MRS METR Discovered Rule Management' is responsible for handling consolidated discrepancy reports from authorized vehicles. While similar to METR Discrepancy Management, the discovered rules focus on reporting existing traffic control devices without corresponding METR rules and are known to be from authorized vehicles with more trustworthy sensors (e.g., which should provide greater accuracy in positioning of rules).
