3.1.7: Process Vehicle Emissions Status

This process shall receive data from the Process Vehicle On-Board Data function that contain the status of the vehicle emissions systems and other vehicle performance data. This process shall use the data to determine its vehicle emissions output, including calculated values for tailpipe emissions. This process shall then provide emissions data to systems along the roadside for further processing of overall emissions and environmental impact.
