4.1.5.3: Manage Transit Driver Authentication

This process shall perform authentication of the transit vehicle operator, if that authentication is done by the Transit Management Center. If authentication is done on the vehicle, the database of valid transit vehicle operators stored on the vehicle is periodically updated.
