2.9.2: Manage Commercial Vehicle Service Provider Data

This process shall manage a store of data that includes driver logs and on-board vehicle data. This data shall be organized by the driver identification, vehicle, and fleet or carrier that 'owns' that vehicle. This process shall, upon request, provide the data to other processes for dissemination.
