10.6.3.3: Provide Personal Device Coordination

This process shall provide coordination between a personal device and equipment that is on-board any vehicle, including a micromobility vehicle (MMV). The process shall provide a handshake between the personal device and the vehicle OBE so that the personal device doesn't interfere with information sent by the vehicle OBE. The process shall prevent the personal device from sending information that would conflict with vehicle device information.
