10.8.1: Support Certification of Applications

This process shall verify the performance and integrity of software for use in the ITS environment. The process shall interact with and monitor software in device configurations and verify that the software is able to operate as specified. The process shall also certify that the software meets the requirements associated with particular services and should be entitled to application-specific credentials.
