1.2.5.12: Manage Loading Zone Use

This process shall manage data related to loading zones or the use of parking areas used for loading and unloading goods. This process shall receive data from roadside processes that monitor the loading spaces. This process shall send loading zone data to other applications in the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function. This process shall interface with payment functions to support reservations with an optional accompanying payment. This process shall identify vehicles associated with the reservation.
