6.8.4.5: Manage Personal Safety Device Interface

This process shall receive information from Personal Safety Devices such as specialized vests, backpacks, canes, or any other safety peripherals to support the safe navigation of pathways, indoor spaces, and crosswalks. The process shall also send data to control the safety devices.
