6.8.5.2: Manage pathway communications

This process shall support communications between pathway infrastructure and nearby mobile devices. In addition, the process shall communicate with processes in centers and micromobility vehicles. The process shall provide identity information as part of the communications with the other devices, centers, and vehicles. The process shall receive identity information from the other devices, centers, and vehicles. The process shall use the device information to determine their position more accurately (e.g., through triangulation or other means)
