6.7.4.1: Provide MMV Guidance

This process shall enable micromobility vehicle wayfinding guidance data to be calculated or provided by the infrastructure. The process shall accept guidance request from the MMV User based on data input by the MMV User through another process, and on the MMV's current location as provided by another process.
