This data flow is sent from the event promoter system terminator to the Manage Emissions function and contains details of a special event that may impact emissions related traffic management on one or more roads or highways. This data flow also contains contact information for the event which would include the phone number, address, and name of the organization or person responsible for the event or reporting the event.
