This data flow is sent from the Event Promoter System terminator to the Manage Traffic function and contains details of a special event that may become a possible incident due to its impact on the traffic flowing on one or more lanes of a road or highway. This data flow also contains contact information for the event which would include the phone number, address, and name of the organization or person responsible for the event or reporting the event.
