freight_equipment_lock_tag_data_to_roadside
This data flow is transmitted from on-board processes to roadside equipment and is used within the Manage Commercial Vehicle function. This contains the current status of the lock tag that is used to control access to freight equipment cargoes that are being taken across borders, and is sent in response to an earlier request.
