Emissions Data Collection

Overview

'Emissions Data Collection' collects and stores air quality and emissions management information that is collected in the course of Emissions Management Center operations. This data can be used directly by operations personnel or it can be made available to other data users and archives in the region.

Requirements

# Requirement
01 The center shall collect air quality and emissions management data from various sources, including emissions sensors distributed along the roadside and wide-area sensors detecting pollution over a larger geographical area.
02 The emissions management center shall assign quality control metrics and meta-data to be stored along with the data. Meta-data may include attributes that describe the source and quality of the data and the conditions surrounding the collection of the data.
03 The center shall receive and respond to requests from ITS Archives for either a catalog of the emissions management data or for the data itself.
04 The emissions management center shall produce sample products of the data available.
