MCM Remote Vehicle Control
Overview
'MCM Remote Vehicle Control' provides the capability for center personnel to control unmanned surface and aerial vehicles that support surface transportation operations and maintenance. The remote control capability includes the capability to control the vehicles location, trajectory, and velocity and additional application-specific controls that control the operations and maintenance capabilities provided by the remote controlled vehicle. Note that center-based control relies on sophisticated automated control capabilities on-board the vehicle with a sufficient operational design domain so the vehicle can operate safely without second-by-second control in most environments and scenarios.
