7.6.8: Provide Road Use Charging Enforcement Interface

This process shall accept Road Use Charging equipment fault information and use the vehicle's image to independently identify and verify the vehicle registration information with the appropriate system, e.g. the state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), including the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) information (vehicle type, weight, axles, etc.) and vehicle owner. This includes support for payment schemes based on vehicle miles traveled (VMT). This process shall report anomalies to the Enforcement Agency as a road use charging equipment fault.
