10.5.1.6: Monitor Center Systems Device Diagnostics

This process shall monitor center system and network device activities. This process shall run integrated self test software that monitors the condition of each of the hosted transportation systems and diagnostics that can be used to support center system maintenance. This process shall report the status of the systems and diagnostic information to the system user through another process. This process shall send diagnostic information to other maintenance functions in order to update the managing center. This process shall report the status of the device and diagnostic information to the appropriate connected vehicle service monitoring system, through the Manage Secure Transportation Infrastructure function.
