Overview

'METR Localized Distribution' receives emergent rule information and notifies relevant management centers to support local distribution using maintenance and emergency vehicles in the relevant area to distribute emergent rule information. It also uses Connected Vehicle Roadside Equipment to distribute emergent rules relevant to a particular location using short range communications.

This functional object is included in the "METR System" physical object.

Requirements

#	Requirement
01	The METR System shall be able to receive system generated discrpancy reports.
02	The METR System shall be able to receive user generated discrepancy reports.
03	The METR System shall analyze discrepancy reports to identify when the number or frequency of reports against a specific traffic regulation warrants further investigation.
04	The METR System shall identify discrepancies that require revision of the electronic traffic regulations and provide this information to METR Rule- Makers.
05	The METR System shall maintain anonymity of any users that provide a discrepancy report.
