Physical Objects
This page lists the Physical Objects that comprise the Physical View of ARC-IT. They are divided into the categories shown below. Click on one of the tabs to jump to the table for that category.
- All Physical Objects: (These are all the physical objects that comprise the Physical View of ARC-IT.)
- Subsystems: (Physical Objects that contain functional objects.) These are the physical objects that provide the functionality needed to satisfy ARC-IT service package requirements.
- Terminators: (Physical Objects that do not contain functional objects.) These are the physical objects that are peripheral to ARC-IT environment, e.g. a financial institution or weather service. ARC-IT shows interfaces to and from these supporting or external physical objects but does not define functionality.
Each tab is further subdivided to show the different classes of Physical Objects: Center, Field, ITS, Personal, Support, and Vehicle. The color coding of the rows is meant to roughly match the color coding used on the service package diagrams.
There are four types of terminators: System; Other System; Human; Environment
